The Manwell-Herrero-Michel Intelligence Agency was created in 2010 by special decree from Leigh Colburn, the Director of Academic Operations for Marietta, Georgia. The decree also designated MHMIA as the sole agency responsible for the molding of civic responsibility and economic understanding within the Advanced Academic Training Facility located on Whitlock Avenue. MHMIA is responsible for collecting and gathering all information that relates to its operatives’ intelligence in these areas and reporting that information to the Director and her designees. MHMIA is administered by two highly experienced agents and their trusty side kick, who have overseen the training of thousands of operatives. Their identities, however, remain secret in order to protect their additional clandestine operations. MHMIA engages in research, development, and the deployment of higher-order thinking strategies in order to achieve its mission. The Agency also works closely with other organizations to assure the training of its operatives will be comprehensive and integrated. The United Nations of PDP provides a forum for the display of each operative’s evolution during the training process, presenting evidence of development and growth throughout the course of instruction. The United Nations of PDP is very closely monitored by the MHMIA administrators.
